Dimensions and material

The material body weighs 5.97kg. The front channel is 14cm long and the rear channel 13.5cm. The open-leg shape mainly suits prone positioning. Its narrow, flattened waist is easy to hold with both hands, but feels less substantial when held from above.

The main body uses a milky-scented material rated 0 on the review's own hardness scale, with good elasticity and relatively modest oil release and odour. The buttock interior contains a softer layer rated -3; through the outer skin rated 0, the perceived softness is approximately -2. The soft area extends into part of the legs, reducing the abrupt transition between firm and soft zones. Compared with COC赤鸢, this layout reduces the mismatch between a soft surface to touch and a firm contact area under load. The entrances have surface detail, colouring and texture. The recessed rear entrance remains accessible because the surrounding material is soft.

Two distinct channels

Large blocks in the front channel create pronounced compression. Contact is concentrated towards the front, with few fine beads or changes in texture. Grooves can retain lubricant, while the material rated 0 creates fairly strong friction, potentially reducing comfort for sensitive users.

The useful section of the rear channel is shorter. It also uses large elements but divides them into three sections. The surrounding soft material makes their texture much gentler than in the front channel, especially through the middle and end. In cross-section, the soft layer sits mainly above the rear channel; the front channel and lower rear area remain predominantly material rated 0. This explains the substantial difference between them. Cast TPE still has boundaries between material layers, though the review finds these unobtrusive during ordinary use.

Stability and care

The open legs form a stable arch from the rear, keeping the model steady on a tabletop. Viewed from the front, large flat thigh sections make the shape less visually complete. The soft buttocks are not especially large, and the entrance placement does not fully optimize the intended prone orientation. Compared with 可可狼姬, made using the same technique, it occupies an intermediate size: not particularly portable, yet not especially substantial.

The supplied fabric underwear is not waterproof. It should not remain on the model indefinitely and needs washing when contaminated by released oil.

Verdict

元气教练 combines thoughtful soft zones, stable support and two clearly different channels. Its compromises are stronger front-channel friction, a less convincing front profile and moderate overall bulk. The original recommendation is 4 stars.
