Dimensions and material

The sample weighed 539g, measured 15cm overall and had a 13cm channel. Its elongated exterior was smooth, without obvious warping or exterior molding defects. It was white on arrival; yellow marks in the photographs came from contact with a tool rather than the original finish.

The reviewer placed its very soft but still elastic material at relative firmness -3. This is a subjective tactile category, not a standardized hardness result. A firmer version exists, but this review concerns only the soft version. Oil release was substantial, while odor was not particularly strong. Surface oil and cleaning were the main maintenance burdens.

Channel layout

The broad, open entry exposes the interior. Three large blocks at the front give way to irregular relief deeper inside; the channel is wide in front and narrow at the rear. The entry blocks mainly helped maintain contact position rather than delivering prominent texture. Deeper irregular structures produced smooth, elastic feedback through the soft material, favoring slower handling.

The cutaway showed approximately 2cm of material at the end. This is not a puncture-resistance guarantee. Excessive end pressure was raised as a possible damage risk; no actual puncture was reported.

Cleaning and limitations

Slight peeling at the entry appeared after several uses and washes, an observed change rather than a hypothetical issue. The idea that irregular relief resulted from lower molding precision was only the reviewer's speculation.

The open entry and very soft material allowed lubricant to spill readily, even with slight movement, increasing cleanup around the product and afterward. Lubricant leakage is separate from oil exuding from the material itself. Managing lubricant quantity and protecting surrounding surfaces may reduce cleanup, but cannot remove the design's lack of enclosure.

Rating
